Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy, which can be any length, is a holistic, empathetic and non-judgmental approach focussing on the individual as a whole, encouraging self-exploration by looking at your past, present and future.

It integrates all aspects of your personality (mind, body, emotions, behaviour, spirituality) to help to encourage personal growth and become more self-aware, empowered, authentic, and more ‘complete’ as a person. Humanistic therapy can be long or short-term and is helpful for a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues and personality disorders.
