Body Psychotherapy

Body psychotherapy, usually a longer term therapy, involve the emotional, mental, spiritual, and social/relational aspects of the person’s life and how they affect each other.

Body psychotherapy takes into account the complexity of interactions between mind and body and how psychological problems such as depression, eating disorders and panic attics may have an impact on the body. There are a number of different types of body psychotherapy including bioenergetic analysis, biodynamic psychotherapy and biodynamic massage.
