Review your Therapists

Review the therapists presented to you by clicking on their picture and then the “VIEW FULL PROFILE” button of each therapist. You can go back to all available therapists by CLICKING “BACK TO THERAPIST LIST”. Now choose the therapist with whom you want to have your initial treatment session.

You will be presented with two options. The first is to be matched to a therapist, “Match Me Please” and the other to choose a, “Specific Therapist”.

Click on “MATCH ME PLEASE” to filter therapists to show those that match your needs. You should NOT click on “Specific Therapist” unless you know in advance with whom you wish to have your first treatment session.

“Match Me Please”

You can now use the “Filter Therapists by” option:-

  • You should select one Issue only.
  • Some of our therapists offer therapy in different languages so if you would prefer to see if one is available in a language of your preference then please click that language.
  • You should NOT select the “Therapy Type” unless you know the Therapy type you require.
  • Select your Appointment type
  • Depending on how soon you want your session please click on one of ANY, Next 7 Days, ASAP or Specific Date. If you choose not to use some, or all, of the filters you will be presented with the widest choice of therapists. If you select Specific Date you will be presented with a calendar from which you can select the required date of your appointment.
  • You can change your selections at any time and the list will automatically update, please remember to delete any previously selected criteria if you would like to view all available therapists.
  • Once you have selected the filters you require the list of Therapists will automatically update to show you the Therapists who match your criteria.

Step 6

If the therapist has available appointment(s) showing on their calendar, which you will find lower down the page, you can CLICK on “BOOK NOW” and then CLICK “PROCEED TO BOOKING BASKET” which is at the bottom of the page. If you want to book more than one appointment at a time then you can do so by clicking on the different appointments you wish to book.

You can view a therapist’s available appointments in Month, Week and Day view.

Step 7

 If your chosen therapist has no appointment(s) showing or those available do not work for you then use the “SEND MESSAGE” button to send an email to the therapist giving them some days and times that work for you to have an appointment and they will get back to you.

Once you have selected your appointment(s) CLICK “PROCEED TO BOOKING BASKET” at the bottom of the screen, you may need to scroll down. Selected appointments will change to Orange, you can select multiple appointments if required.

You now have the option of providing additional information in the box above the appointment details that will enable you to provide your therapist with further information about yourself and your needs before your appointment. This can help you get the most from your session. You can provide additional information every time you book an appointment.

Now choose your preferred appointment type from the drop-down menu. (Video, Audio or Text)

Then click CONFIRM.

Step 12

If you have not yet completed your personal profile you will be asked to provide some further information. Once you have done this CLICK “SAVE AND CONTINUE”.

Step 13

If you have an appointment credit you will not be required to enter any payment details.

If you are required to pay for your appointment you will be presented with a pop-up for you to enter your Credit / Debit card details.

After clicking “PAY” your payment will be authorised.

Step 14

You will now receive an email acknowledging your provisional booking and it will appear in your Dashboard as “Awaiting Confirmation”

Step 15

Your appointment now needs to be confirmed by your therapist. They should do this within 24 hours at which point you will receive an email confirming the appointment and this will be shown in your Dashboard.

Step 16

The email in Step 15 above will contain full information on how to have your appointment.

30 minutes before your appointment you will receive an email reminder of the appointment that will also contain details of how to have your appointment.
