The recommended minimum internet speeds are as follows:
If your Speedtest shows slower speeds than this, we recommend checking that no other devices (Eg. TV’s, Tablets, Laptops and other media devices) are using your internet connection. This will ensure you have the full available speed for your appointment.
It is also a good idea to check that your device is not downloading any files during the appointment, this can include but is not limited to Windows updates, Movie or Music downloads or streaming for example Netflix and YouTube.
If your internet speed does not meet our platforms minimum requirement it will be necessary to conduct your appointment using another source. If this is the case, please notify your therapist using the “Send Message” button from the Therapist profile on the website as soon as you can before the appointment and they will arrange it for you.
You will receive an email reminding you of the appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. If your therapist has requested that you complete assessments before the appointment can you please ensure these have been done otherwise valuable appointment time will be lost by having to complete them during the appointment.
Login to the Website app.dr-julian.com at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Prior to your call please test your Camera and Microphone by clicking the ‘Test camera’ button in your ‘My Appointments’ section of the dashboard.
If you experience any issues with your camera or microphone we recommend checking that your internet browser has been given the required permission to access them.

Remain logged into the Website and wait for your Therapist to call you at the scheduled appointment time.
Answer the call by selecting the “START” button.
Please do not be concerned if there is a delay of a few minutes before your therapist calls you. If you have not received your call within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and you are using the Website you can message your therapist using the ‘Send Message’ button on the therapists profile page. This can be found by clicking the ‘Book Appointment’ button and searching for the therapist’s name.
In the unlikely event that the call gets disconnected, please remain logged in to the Website and your therapist will call you back as soon as possible.
If the internet connection fails, please remain logged in and on the “My Appointments” screen. Once the internet connection is restored the call will automatically resume or you can end the call and your therapist will call you back.
